Homemade Greek Yogurt (Full Fat Version) - Eating yogurt is very good for you. It’s a Super Food, so we all should be eating a lot of it. Making your own allows you to enjoy it without spending very much money and you also won’t be eating the preservatives and chemicals that most yogurts from the grocery have in them (be careful, because natural doesn’t always mean natural).

The boy sneaks food. I’ve seen him. His appetite is formidable, and he knowingly eats more than he should or must, to the steady concern and occasional consternation of his parents.
Sometimes they keep count: “How many pretzels?” Sometimes they vainly suggest an apple instead. Often they look away, not wanting to aggravate an eating-related anxiety that they can already sense in him on the cusp of adolescence.

I think sometimes dads are the forgotten parent, especially when the children are very young. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the father being treated almost like another child by his spouse because she's deemed that "he doesn't know what the child needs like she does." That's a problem between the mom and dad, not the dad and the child. Is the dad lazy or the mom over protective and domineering? It could be both, but the facts are that the more involved fathers are the better off the child, and the home, will be.
